Text Box: At Village Family Practice we consider ourselves your partner in healthcare and work with you to help you achieve a healthy lifestyle with an emphasis on prevention. The advantage of family care at Village Family Practice is that the entire family can be seen at the same practice so that any comprehensive family issues can be dealt with effectively and efficiently. We offer a wide range of services including: Men’s Health Care Women’s Health Care Geriatrics Well Child Care Immunizations School/Sports Physicals Adult Physicals Routine Gynecological Exams Minor Surgery (Lesion Removals) Urgent Care Appointments Appointments can be made for our office by calling 720-488-0055 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide such notice may result in a $25.00 charge. This fee also applies if you miss a scheduled appointment. These charges will be your responsibility and billed directly to you. Please help us to serve you better by keeping your scheduled appointment; however, if you need to reschedule/cancel please inform us as soon as possible, which allows us to use the time for other patients who may need to be seen urgently.
